About Curtis Tilleraas
Curt Tilleraas was born in Mahnomen, a small town on the White Earth Indian Reservation in west central Minnesota. He has lived in Mahnomen, and in Long Beach, Downey and Compton, CA. For a short time he lived in the south of France, on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean. He is the author of This Side of Paradise: The Religious World of Elijah Muhammad (XULON PRESS, 2012) and a novel, The Suicides of Pastor Donnie Goodwin (available through Indy MN, MN WRITES MN READS, ETC.). .
Mr. Tilleraas is a retired pastor who currently lives on the west side of St. Paul, MN.
His photographs have been sold through Fine Art America, 500px, TWENTY20 and leased for use in a variety of contexts, including book covers, nursing home slideshows, etc..
